What is Olaplex?

 

Olaplex is a bond multiplier containing a single active ingredient, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate. Olaplex works by finding single sulfur hydrogen bonds and cross linking them back together to form disulfide bonds before, during and after services. Disulfide bonds are broken via chemical, thermal, and mechanical processes.

Olaplex is the only product of its kind with 8 worldwide patents publishing soon. Olaplex is free of silicone, sulfates, phthalates, DEA, aldehydes.

 

Olaplex is against animal testing.

Why do we use Olaplex in our Salon?

Here at Louise Heaton Hairdressing, Birstall, we feel that Olaplex is a revolutionary haircare product. We feel it is the best on the market, designed to prevent hair breakage and it actually works! A lot of our clients love a colour change and without Olaplex some of these colour changes would not be possible. Going from dark to blonde usually takes time and money, witth Olaplex these results are usually achieved a lot quicker. When adding Olaplex to a colour service in salon there are usually two steps, plus an optional third step to take home. Allowing you to continue perfecting your hair at home.

Olaplex No 1- Begin the Rebuilding

This concentrated first salon step rebuilds broken disulfide bonds and begins the process of preventing damage and repairing hair.

No 2- Bond Perfector-

Our second salon step continues to rebuild and restore any remaining broken bonds ensuring the strongest, shiniest, and healthiest hair possible

No.3- Hair perfector

Lasting protection to take home

This final retail step provides our client's continuous protection from ongoing damage at home.

We Charge £15 per treatment in salon*. These treatments can be added to colour/bleaching services or Standalone Treatment.
